State Dinner Gown

● Carolina Herrera designed the cranberry velvet and taffeta long-sleeved evening gown worn to a State Banquet at Buckingham Palace on November 19, 2003 and later to the 2005 Kennedy Center Honors. President George W. Bush and Mrs. Bush’s official 2005 Christmas portrait was taken this gorgeous gown.
